Return Policy
We very much care about the satisfaction of our customer and stand behind every Jewel Shapes product we handcrafted. Our commitment to you does not end at delivery. To reassure you, we offer a full return if you ever feel dissatisfied with our products.
Jewel Shapes will be able to refund your purchases within 14 days of delivery. For a valid return, the product must be returned in its original packaging to Jewel Shape International.
There must be no signs of use, misuse or abuse and the ordered product must be returned to us by registered mail. If the product is deemed to be returned, Jewel Shapes will refund to the customer the amount paid for the returned product less shipping costs ($US 22) and 17 percent restocking.
During the exchange process, you will be required to pay customs duties, taxes and other applicable fees. The exchange depends on the stock available at Jewel Shapes.
We recommend that you make every reasonable effort to ensure the return of the goods. If the request for reimbursement is approved, the amount will be paid to the buyer within 7 days of the request for reimbursement.
Any item deemed unsuitable for resale for any other packaging, use, alteration or damage will not be accepted by Jewel Shapes and will be returned to the customer.
If you would like to exchange the purchased items for a different size or color, please contact us. During the exchange process, you will be required to pay customs duties, taxes and other applicable fees. The exchange depends on the available stock at Jewel Shapes.
Your Change of Mind:
If you change your mind, we are happy to exchange or refund your orders. Anyhow, we must be informed within 14 days of receiving your purchased products.
If you're ready to return or exchange some of your items, contact us and send them to the return address provided in our email.
Please note that customer-specific product orders can only be refunded if they are faulty.

Product Exchanges:
If you return an item that you received as a gift, you can return this item for credit to the store. The credit is made for a purchase that you can make within one year after the exchange via the online store.
You are responsible for the payment of additional cost differences, shipping costs or other applicable fees. If you have further questions about these or other guidelines, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Defective Products:
We will gladly exchange defective products or refund them if we receive a formal e-mail within 14 days of receipt of the articles. Anyhow, the exchange can take up to 30 days. In cases of a faulty products or shippings, we assume the shipping costs.

Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
